I wonder if this is true. I don't know. But this kind of certainty coming from a random person gives me bad vibes.
The construction industry could be heavily decarbonised by proven technology such as modular construction and alternative materials like hemp. In my opinion all the carbon capture projects are just a distraction funded by fossil fuel lobbies to keep their profits rolling in
