No one sets out wanting to be addicted. It’s teeny-tiny steps and teeny-tiny risks, and the links are so small that you don’t see where they’re headed. And those steps are hard to quantify because they’re different for different people

What helps me recharge when I'm feeling drained?

Are my needs right now emotional, physical or practical?

I found myself thinking this myself. The challenge is that I felt i was void of a personality unless I was drunk, I felt my new personality was sobriety.

Fortunately, with time, I began to discover I wasn't just a state, but could contribute so much more.

Well... I hope so anyway.
