Cybersecurity educators, I'm a a first year student in a trade college that was selected to inherit the ctf club. Any suggestions on how to run & educate? I really want to stress funds & a growth mindset without relying on flashy or hard to solve boxes

just got a pi5, a little case & linux basics for hackers. I'm finishing my networking side of my degree in march, while useful. My heart lays with linux more than it does networking.
