Wild rain lilies are amazing. Always there, usually out of sight until conditions are right. Regardless of how long they’ve been hidden by drought, they will one day bloom. Same for humans. Remain hopeful.

Trying to connect to my sacral response. Being disconnected, making mental decisions for so long makes it a frustrating, uphill battle of deconditioning. Patience and resilience are apparently needed to reconnect to inner wisdom and embodiment. Frustrated with not getting step 1
