The Year 6s had a great day at Bromley FC taking part in the Junior Citizenship scheme. They learnt how to stay safe in a fire, how to administer first aid and how to use public transport safely. Very valuable life skills to prepare them for their next chapter at secondary school.

This week was Sky Arts Access week and in Year 5 we watched a tutorial by Marvel comic artist, Will Sliney, as he instructed us how to use simple shapes to create a superhero!

Year 6 had their 'Enterprise Day' today to raise funds for their end of year activities. Thank you to all the children who came along to play their games! Also thank you to our Year 6s for supplying prizes for all the children to enjoy. We raised a staggering £425.35! We hope you all had fun.

Year 5 are enjoying a trip to London Aquarium today to explore sea life, seeing exactly why our oceans are so important to so many creatures. This builds on what we have previously learnt during our geography topic on Oceans.

In Reception, we dressed up as superheros and pirates.
We did lots of fun activities throughout the day, treasure hunt and a super hero workout with our PE coach. We also made super smoothies in the afternoon.

Over the past few weeks, Year 5 have been studying different artists techniques, taking visual notes on their styles and have begun to create their own mixed media cityscape or landscapes in the style of a chosen artist.
