The grandkids had from school so we took them to Camp Olympus Park in Lower Macungie. Maddie and I ran a 5K on the trails while Lexi drove her bike on the skateboard park and zip lining.

Last night I ran the Emmaus Halloween Parade 5K . The race starts before the parade so you have a lot cheering for you and a lot of great costumes.

We ran the Race by the Lake 5K trail run at Leaser lake. Maddie won 1st place in her age group with a time of 34:00 , Lexi got a medal in the fun run and I won 2nd place in my age group.

A Taco Tuesday 5K with Maddie at the Lehigh Parkway. A little warm and humid so we were slower than usual. Then we went back to her house and did an ice bath in the 58 degree pool. The grandkiddos had a day off from school.

Maddie Slayed the Day running her first 10k without stopping. She tricked me by saying that she wanted to stop at 5.50 miles so I stopped and she kept going in till she was at 6.25miles. She was so amazing today and she really did so well.🥇🏃♀️
