My embarrassing but true Indiana University football story: In 2006 the team had a big, unexpected win. On campus the next day I see the coach, and I instinctively say, "Great game yesterday, coach!"

Only it was the basketball coach, Kelvin Sampson, understandably confused.

15 years ago, a white supremacist tried to bomb the Martin Luther King Day unity march in Spokane, WA. City workers found the bomb before it exploded.
