I mean, maybe bc he refers to Mamdani as a "trained performer" who "recites" talking points?
Those are very specific word choices, which are generally not seen as positive, and with none of the explanatory/mitigating context that everyone is reading into it.

If the party had done a Biden for 20 years, we'd be deep into one-party R rule.

Oh I agree with you 💯. I just won't sign on to that being his "best quality". By doing what you've described, he completely botched the entire political side of the presidency, and we are currently paying the price. Nothing good about that.

Alternative take: It might've felt good to him, and to some of us. But practically it doomed his presidency, and the rest of us along with it.
