Well, this weekend just said no to me working on my proj. Shame because it really is almost finished. xD
Eh well, sure I can get it done with some early morning and/or next weekend progress!
I do need to test it however, so I'm gonna call it actually done then. Hopefully before next Sunday ends!

I enjoyed Pokemon Legends Arceus and now I'm enjoying Z-A.
As someone who replayed mainline Pokemon games a gazillion times, it's great that these games offer a new spin on the base idea but without being soooo different they're just something else with Pkmn graphics.

Alrighty, that's all the major tasks done on my latest proj (well, my local copy). Tomorrow = IRL stuff day. So it's looking like Sunday I'll be doing the remaining small/easy tasks, testing and publishing.

Nvm my previous post, I've learned all printers are capable of "duplex" printing lol. The ones that don't do it for you just prompt you to put the paper back in the other way. I feel like I should have known that lol.

I find it difficult to get into a new album by my favourite bands/artists etc because trying to listen to it just makes me wanna listen to their old music again lol. xD I do often get there in the end though and then enjoy the new album, and repeat when they release another one haha.

I hope we get some more news on the return of #EccoTheDolphin soon. I think it's awesome the OG team is remaking it AND making a direct sequel (as in not in some reboot or w/e).

Uhhhh so min-height:100vh is a useful one-liner I've been ignoring for making an element fill the viewport without having to do html, body height 100% lol.

Ooh bleb. Think I've discovered itch.io HTML5 games can't use localStorage to save bc it randomly clears it for some reason every so often.
Not 100% though. Could be my web browser, or me doing something dumb.
If anyone can confirm this is a thing it'd be a great help.

Should probably mention for the minus 2 people that care that my comments system and SSG projects are probably both out the window. xD
For comments I'm gonna roll with using my smartgb guestbook.
For the SSG I'm happy with the deprecated JS tricks I've used to achieve layout/page separation. :D

Strange how less is more sometimes. Started "de-PHPing" the WebDev Demos section on my site so I can move back to Neocities. It's made the code simpler xD. Slight catch - have to dupe the main HTML per demo, but it's a simple layout so for a lazy update I could just change the CSS or JS in a pinch.

Strange how less is more sometimes. Started "de-PHPing" the WebDev Demos section on my site so I can move back to Neocities. It's made the code simpler xD. Slight catch - have to dupe the main HTML per demo, but it's a simple layout so for a lazy update I could just change the CSS or JS in a pinch.
Dealing with circular dependencies is always a pita. But I always find my code is better organised once I do. And I generally do even if the code compiles/runs.

My app will work offline, have no accounts and will provide offline help.
Well, you'll obviously have to be online and provide your FTP credentials to use the FTP functionality once its added, but if you'd rather not, you can just use the app for site-building and upload the result yourself.
