I used to consider my love language to be physical touch. But I think, now, I’d describe it as presence or physical closeness Scooter the weasel sits on a fountain while contemplating his thoughts Of course, touching is the closest that 2 people physically can be. But the distance matters way more than the physical contact. Scooter and a bear cuddle on a bed When I choose to sit next to you or to chill in the room with you, it’s a form of saying “I love you.” And unlike ‘quality time’, I still feel love even if there is no interaction or attention given. Scooter is about to sit down next to a dog at a table However, if I think you are avoiding me, it seems to hurt tenfold. I feel it’s a curse then as I’m often thinking that my very presence is unwelcome by default Scooter worries as a dog leaves his spot next to him at the table

A weasel tangled in a scarf. It's probably a marten scarf. I think I've been bitten by a weasel at this point. It's not normal how much I've been thinking about these little things lately.
