Tonight we lost a family member...our sweet Karma was hit by a car after she and Thor jumped the fence to chase a deer...we looked in the woods behind our house but she had gone to the front and out on the highway...
Our hearts are broken...we're so sorry Karma. You didn't deserve this. We love you

I think people frequently forget that FA is staffed by a handful of people and limited budget. People want instant fixes and for us to be omnipotent while keeping things the same all at once.
We're three kobolds in a trenchcoat, shaking a can of coins trying to keep a site online.
