Today, Steve Turnbo would have celebrated his 80th birthday. We miss him terribly, and we do our best to honor his memory by declaring every September 25 “Mr. Tulsa Day,” and carrying out acts of kindness, large and small, in his honor.

With more than 160 attendees, it was one of the symphony’s largest galas ever. Bravo!
