We have hit that turning point in the Northern Hemisphere where it is still light out after 5pm. It was the refreshing moment I didn’t know I needed until I realized it yesterday.

I’m being reminded that “Take Nothing Personal” especially in your job really is an art form that way too many people lack this skill in. The amount of maturity and self awareness for self accountability seems to be too high of a price for some when it is literally an opportunity for improvement.
