The new Serverroom for the #SCC #HPC at the @unisalzburg.bsky.social is almost complete. Just a few more weeks and the servers can be installed!

You already know that cooling is essential for the #SCC #HPC @unisalzburg.bsky.social! The freshly installed doors that seal the server aisles are just as essential as the tanks for the cooling water and the pipes.

All to keep the #SCC chill!

The #SCC @unisalzburg.bsky.social is going to produce lots of heat. State of the art InRow cooling systems are already installed to get it out if the server room. Pipes for the cooling water are also almost ready.

Construction of the new server room is coming along. Power lines, tubes for cooling water and fire prevention systems are installed.
