I wish we had more LL events around in the Portland area, I get to play it this week once a month but I really enjoy this high power level side of the game and want to play more of it

I blundered so hard today I have an aurora deck sitting on my table that I might play instead

Getting frustrated with the current midrange Ira gameplan rn, hard to keep value up with 2 card 8's vs people who are dumping their hand for 16+ points of damage every turn. Going to match their speed means you aren't wanting to block as much and they still put race you better

BH Portland was a solid time. Didn't do as well as I'd like in the BH but we use this as a learning experience and move forward. Event itself ran really smoothly!
I wish there were more fab oriented vendors and events though, I get it's a magic focused event but I wanted to see more for us.

BH Portland was a solid time. Didn't do as well as I'd like in the BH but we use this as a learning experience and move forward. Event itself ran really smoothly!

Haven't posted much but that's honestly just because I've been trying to keep my head down and play more. Starting to consistently 2-2 or better during my local armories but still struggle with some macro level decisions on matchups. My ADHD brain as well wants to jump between 13 different decks

Every time I try a new hero I'm like "oh I gotta try this more" but the thing always holding me back is not having 3x CNC, TWL, and wongers. I gotta get on those sooner but I gotta wait till after the holidays.

Obtained a Jarl deck, gonna keep it sealed as a nice shelf piece until I decide I wanna jam into guardian. Also using my bulk + like $50 worth of cards I made a "armory" Viserai deck since they were looking to play runeblade but didn't want to invest in the game super hard as of yet.

Didn't make a thread but we (PDX FGC) played in the team sealed event this afternoon and went 3-1 (2-1 but opponents split to go play in another event). Limited is very fun but Oscillio is kind of messed up with no AB ngl.
