Feeling a bit emotional tonight. I've suffered with chronic pelvic pain, chronic lower back pain, and horrendous sciatica for 26 YEARS. Started going to a new Chiropractic clinic last week (which includes rehab & deep tissue massage). Already I'm IMPROVING!

Just got back home after two days at Keele University. I'm very tired, BUT FEELING SO HAPPY AND FULFILLED RIGHT NOW!!! ❤️

Just finished reading 'INTERMEZZO' by Sally Rooney. I absolutely loved it ... and this is me saying this, having never played or understood chess in my life. A challenging read at times, but wow ... so powerful and emotive! 4/5.

Been to the docs, referring me to Rhumatology. Thinks I could either have Raynauds (no biggie), or something more serious called Lupus. Bearing in mind the latter is very rare and more common in WOMEN, you can guarantee I'll have this F-er!!! 😒😂😂😂
