I don't get the anti-immigrant sentiment in this country right now. We are a nation of immigrants, they are our lifeblood. Immigrants, even "illegal" ones, are not the problem. They're just being used as a scapegoat. We need to focus on the real issues, and not blame minority groups.

I'm still optimistic about the future. I think enough people care about doing the right thing that things are going to get better. It seem bad right now, but the world doesn't have to be like this. People just have to believe they can make a difference, and take action. And things will change.
