Last week, SCDC announced Fred Singleton, the longest-serving person on SC’s death row (41 years), died of natural causes. He was 81 years old.
We also remember Elizabeth Lominick, whose life was taken by Mr. Singleton. For 41 years, her family was promised closure the state could not provide.
