Reggie promised a little girl + her sister that she'll take care of them bc their mother would rather be busy with other men. Couldn't happen bc Reggie's too young to be an adoptive parent, the law's stupid + girls were starved to death by their hateful mother. She gets unnerved w/ kids after this
