Extra cables removed, wheels trued, rotors trued, brake pads adjusted, chain and drivetrain got fresh wax, and wow I didn’t realize how badly this bike had degraded since it happened all happened so slowly. It feels like a new bike
Also just learned I can independently tune each of my brake pads to bring them in or out, very much not used to cable disk brakes. Light tune up and everything on this thing feels immediately so much better
