Trying 2 press threw the day can be hard... I tend 2 watch anime or YouTube when I'm down, smoke a joint & forget. I'm not like everyone else all up in their heads, I can't do that. Aphantasia is a hefty burden to have. I don't see pretty little colours fly by my eyes. I see darkness & nothin else.

Mental health is scary, and people shouldn't hide it! If it can help another in so many ways then I'd be glad to share it. (To an extent of course)

Try loving yourself once in a while... I know it's hard.
