We lifted up some floor boards and moved the soaked fabric to a floor pile for cleaning. The issue is that, unfortunately, there is so much groundwater it's seeping through the foundation and boards. No mold, thank GOD.
Industrial dehumidifier comes in today, but this is day four of cleaning up.
