Finally feel like I did a good job as a dungeon master. My players are great and never complain. I just have insane expectations of myself. But I accomplished all I wanted for this session and have the next one ready to go.

Yesterday we went to a small farm that opens up to the public for Christmas lights. There is no charge and sometimes they have hot chocolate and Santa visits. It was so friggin magical.

Perhaps I'm a jaded pessimist. But after all we've seen in the last 10+ years, I'd be shocked if these files change a damn thing. I'm happy to be wrong about this but I doubt it.

One of the fun parts of being a dungeon master is adding dumb shit that makes me laugh. My players have now met the infamous merchant. Who is this mysterious man? How is he able to appear wherever the team is? No one knows.
