I have to start blood pressure meds and I think that was the final kick in the ass I needed to become a gym girly...... that and having 19 meetings a week I guess (extremely fun and contributes to stress in no way shape or form why do you ask huh why do you ask???!!!?!?!?!?!!?) anyways ✌️😘✌️ya
