Okay my Oura ring had suddenly started dying after 2 days (instead of the usual week, I’ve had it almost exactly a year). Just did the chatbot to troubleshoot and they immediately are sending a new one. I am impressed.

My dr switched me from vyvanse to Ritalin and I keep forgetting to take the second dose. 😂 looks like I need a daily alarm.

We decided to switch from vyvanse to Ritalin and that was maybe a bad idea the week after daylight savings. I don’t feel as dead inside though so that’s good.

I feel like I am getting over skinny jeans and want to try wide leg pants but I can’t deal with the ones that aren’t long enough. It brings me back to growing up when I’d have flood water pants from growing too fast.
