A reminder that there is no such thing as “the Latino vote.”

The right-wing turn we are seeing in some Latinx communities is a complex issue, and any legitimate conversation needs to take in consideration histories of colonialism, racism, and complex intergenerational trauma.

On a serious note, the community I found on TikTok became my church as I was struggling through the hardest parts of deconstruction. The people I met there gave me hope and a vision. And I will miss it dearly.
