I also seriously believe every trans woman carries the spiritual weight of all her sisters who died by the hands of transphobia on her shoulders, and screwing around with us causes this to be redirected at you - it permanently harms your Fate - your Karma is front-loaded with it.

I do believe in the power of narratives, though, I do believe that people do not recognize the power of metaphor, of aphorism so this is something I say with some sincerity. Even meekest trans woman has taken life in her hands and in her teeth by the neck and made demands nobody understands.

A movement that requires you to hate your neighbor to prove your faith isn't a religion, it's a cult. Wisdom is noticing when theology is being used as a weapon for a nationalist agenda. You don’t have to belong to a cult to be a good person. Sometimes, leaving is the most spiritual thing you can do
