#moana2 is really what a sequel shouldn't be. The animation is noticeably worse, the songs cliché and forgettable, and every single motivation in the film is rushed or non-existent. Filled with choppy editing and lacking almost any sense of fun. Should've just been a Disney short. #filmsky

Really enjoying FROM. Having just started, it's smart and well acted, and the mystery box elements are pretty decent so far. I just wish it was on anything other than MGM+.

With #Gladiator2 there are some really thrilling arena sequences with tense fight choreography and beautiful costumes, but those sequences and impressive visuals can't save a very by the numbers legacy sequel.

Top 20 so far:

#WickedMovie is a top tier example of Broadway adaptations with excellent performances front and center, but in the end the euphoric dance numbers and layered performances steal the show. Though, unfortunately, the movie makes some very poor lighting choices with washed out colors being a constant.

Now watching:

While #DuneProphecy is well made, and starts off in a relatively intriguing way, it is going to be a while before this can find its own footing and not just feel like any other "HBO fantasy" series. Worth checking out but it could ultimately go nowhere.
