Been searching for a #saffron flavoured cheese - that's the Roman Gold. Chartists' Heritage was a 2025 Great Taste Award Winner.

Yozawa Yagi, a #goat #cheese from #japan was entered for the World Cheese Awards 2025 competition held in Bern, Switzerland, in November.

RESULT? The product was selected as one of the Top 14 Cheeses out of 5,244 entries from 46 countries in the 37th event.

One of my repeat order washed-rind cheeses - this one from #Wales.

Saval is a buttery yet tangy raw milk (cow's) cheese made by Caws Teifi Cheese in Ceredigion. Love its dense and savoury taste. An award- wining cheese. Doggy approved too.
