Affordable housing- 1) lack of civic involvement in pushing state leg bills high density or multi use housing along public transport systems 2) avg house was 1700 sq ft now 2400 sq ft 3) 200 million more people than 90 yrs ago 4) lack of full estate tax 5) 5 % housing stock are second homes
