Discharged one week after being admitted to the hospital, and because he can't go anywhere without charming everyone, they wanted to give Hoagie a big send off!

We still have work to do, but I can't thank the staff at VSC enough for pulling him back from the brink multiple times this week! #whippet

We're back in the hospital again. It was honestly a close call yesterday morning as his blood pressure and white blood cell count were very low in addition to the respiratory issues we've been dealing with. He's doing much better than 24 hours ago, but we've got a ways to go. #whippet #pneumonia

Hoagie update! He's recovering at home and doing really well so far. He actually got to leave the hospital earlier than expected because he was "being a menace." So, once again he learns that if he throws a big enough fit he gets what he wants 🤣 #spoiled #whippet
