I was driving around Sax-zim Bog and drove under this Great Grey Owl, turned around and slowly moved up until I was close enough to get these pictures. The second photo is just after it was preening it's leg.

I got to see about 4 other short ear owls in the same area. It was very cool to see that many owls darting around in the sky, usually just out of distance of my camera lens of course 🙃.
