I'm not the type to sit back and complain ; I take charge and build the world I want to live in!

Festivals aren’t just about fun. They’re about people.
Watching them.
Listening to the way they talk, how they interact.

It’s fascinating, really.
Everyone moves with purpose, even in chaos.
You just have to figure out what that purpose is. 🧐

Ever stepped into a plaza and immediately felt like an ant in a colony? That was me today.

The only sin of witchcraft is willful ignorance.

Evening tisane 💚
What do YOU do to unwind?

Not complaining.

Just observing.
I think that’s why I took this job in the first place.

Not to change people, but to remind them (to remind us all) that connection matters.

I just hope I’m up for it. 🤞✨

No matter how different the scenery is, people are still people.

The same small acts of kindness, the same tendency to walk by without seeing you.

It’s fascinating, really.
You think you’re stepping into a whole new world, but the humanity underneath?

It doesn’t change.

The place I’m in today has this huge plaza, bordered by stone walls on one side and buildings on the other.

The gate leading in? Massive.
The kind of place that makes you feel small but alive, like the world’s just waiting for you to figure it out.

Exploring a new city is like stepping into someone else’s story.... you’ve got to adjust to their pace. 🏙️

…Fast forward to me getting body-checked by a crowd, falling on my face, and turning my perfect outfit into “dirt chic.” 🙃

But still, you’ve got to own it, right?

First impressions matter, even if half the city ignores you while you’re eating pavement.

I wore this deep purple robe with these dark blue edges.

Paired it with leather boots that have some kind of design embossed into them—it’s a deer tangled in vines. Artistic? Probably symbolic? No clue.

Okay, so picture this:

You’re heading out to a new city where you don’t know anyone.

What’s the move?
Look presentable, right?

Well, I thought I nailed it.

Anyway, got back up, dusted myself off, and moved on.

If nothing else, I guess it’s a metaphor for life, right?

You just keep standing up, even when no one notices. 💪✨

I’m not bitter, though.
Okay, maybe a little bitter.

But it’s wild to think how disconnected we’ve all become from basic human compassion.

People are living their own lives, but we’re more alike than we think.

We all have dreams, struggles, and stories. We're not NPCs in each other’s worlds. 👀

Ever heard of the bystander effect?

It’s a social psychology theory that says the more people around, the less likely anyone will help you.

I can now confirm this from personal, first-hand experience.
Nobel Prize-worthy?
Maybe. 🏆

So, fun fact: getting knocked down in a crowded place hurts more than just your pride. 🫠

This morning, someone’s elbow went straight into my back, which sent me crashing into someone else.

Chain reaction: I ended up sprawled on the ground like a spilled drink. The crowd? Zero reaction.
