I'm writing a dictionary of modern emotion words that relate to things like gaming, with the idea being that the world would be less toxic if we had more words that describe how we feel about modern technology. If anyone has any ideas let me know.

Does anyone else have a little shadow internet that lives in their head? When I'm lost in rumination sometimes I'll imagine reading an article or watching a video. There's an entirely fictional TikTok constantly running in my head.

Something I learnt recently. Words are emotions. when I read that 54% of Americans have < 6th grade reading level, it's clear why they have little emotional intelligence. Similarly, if you know a thousand words for pain, and only one for love, you're going to feel bad more often than not.

I'd really recommend the Daylio app. I use it to log all of my habits, feelings etc and over time it builds up a picture of what influences your mood.
