Shouldn’t the Dems’ messaging be simple heading toward a shutdown—1. R’s have a majority; they should be able to pass budgets on their own. 2. Trump is elderly, clearly addled, and unfit for office. 3. R’s continue to protect oligarchs and other elites (Epstein files). @chrismurphyct.bsky.social
