It sounds like senate republicans are making promises and democrats are considering backing it. However, the promise is to “talk about the ACA”. Call your reps. Tell them to vote no, unless ACA is funded and Medicare for all replaces it.

American politics makes a lot more sense when you realize that the GOP is afraid of pissing off the GOP base, and the Dems are afraid of pissing off the GOP base, but neither party is afraid of pissing off the Dem base.
