Turns out its "Ambient Mode" in youtube settings. TestUFO was clearly dipping from 144fps to 70fps as soon as I hit play on any youtube video and disabling ambient mode solved the issue. Specifically its tied to FF as chrome doesnt do this. Why it does this I dont know....

This is a mini rant.
I find it hard to remain calm in times of stress. What I end up doing is buying a drink, like a monster, or a fruit-flavoured water. Why it feels as each day that passes, that..life gets progressively worse. Is it a mental mindset or is it really getting that way?
