And for all that much of the fandom really revealed their true values, myself and the rest of us who just wanted accountability are also shawols and I’d like to think that them making the more difficult choice to hold themselves accountable is a reflection of us and them wanting to be and do better

I accept their apology but that doesn’t mean I won’t be keeping a vigilant eye out for changed behavior. Words are meaningless without action. But for now, I appreciate them addressing it in multiple ways, which is more than I ever expected.
