One of the keys to having an efficient effective gym session is controlling the breaks between your reps. This is where most get distracted and waste time. I use a 30 second haptic timer on my Fitbit between each rep and each exercise.

Goal: Lose weight -> uncertain which diet/routine to use-> collect data weigh yourself, get activity tracker -> feel bad about weight -> data says need to eat less and move more-> seems simple enough so I start however I can. Instinct has a lot more to do with how things turn out in life than I previously imagined. I don’t mean gut instinct, I mean the human animal social instinct. Understanding what is being said without words, is more crucial now than ever before.

Staying up to date on using ai for your particular use case is not a luxury but a necessity. Its moving so fast it will out pace the majority of people’s ability to adopt it.

Living or determining how best to live is complex, too complex. Do not seek certainty in a complex system. Instead embrace the probability of outcomes, become resilient, and learn to adapt, then learn to adapt more quickly.

There is no reason to optimize in the beginning, focus all energy on the income generating service or product and marketing. Improve the product and tell people. Do this until sales decline which is unlikely if you continue to improve the core product.

Read history books and the poets, you'll find the human condition is eternally present, and there is comfort knowing that what you feel today, has been felt before. What failure befell you today, has befallen others before you, and yet victory, redemption, or reinvention. can still be achieved.

A simple solution today is better than a perfect one tomorrow. Example: note pad and pen that you carry with you with your task list, instead of an all inclusive task software with different lists and endless amount of tasks. The more complex it gets, the larger the barrier to use it daily.
