keep coming back to this from visa. it’s clarifying in the chaos.

Basically my prime directive is something like “post visibly in the public square”. it’s possible that maybe twitter one day will no longer be the primary fulfiller that function. But for the time being it still does

went running today on a new lined trail and everyone was walking/jogging on the left side can’t figure out if:
(a) everyone is pretending to be in Europe, (b) we were unknowingly participating in a psychological study, or (c) a third, more complex thing

have been playing with blending stretching and lung expansion practices lately
fascinating experience. reaching a much deeper state of muscle relaxation. especially in mid back and lat areas
as if the breath is slowly massaging that area from within and bringing a deep awareness there

years from now, we'll all sit around a campfire gleefully reminiscing about the time twitter banned substack links while it had a doge logo and a guy in a fedora was telling us to bomb the data centers to stop sentient AI
and then we'll laugh and sing late into the night and everything will be ok
