My period wasn't so bad last month but oh my dog I feel like I'm gonna puke and die. And I'm so cold and walking up the stairs leaves me huffing and puffing and my lower belly is soooo bloated/inflamed and moving hurts

Halfway through our walk today, we crossed paths with a delivery driver who gave Brisco a Big!! Milkbone!! and rather than eating it right there, he made me powerwalk home so he could eat it in the backyard 😂
