When I was a teen, the doctors diagnosed me with "severe depression and anxiety."
It's been roughly 15 years since then, and I still don't know how to deal with or understand my own brain.
I don't really know how to talk lately, I'm just increasingly depressed and lonely as the days go by.

I have to trick one of my cats (Jiji) into thinking he gets the same biscuits as my other cat (Alfie).
Because Alfie has prescription biscuits but Jiji is OBSESSED with them.
I've just given him his own normal biscuits, and he's just touched Alfies bag with his paw and stared at me in disgust😳 omg

She chose to squish up to the sofa to be closer to my legs instead of lying on any of the comfortable things I offered her...
But she was so happy 😭

Having no friends irl can make it tricky to trust that people genuinely are your friends, but OMG, you guys.
Coming here has made me realise that there are people who really do want to know me 🥲 I feel loved, and I love you beautiful, wonderful people 🥰💛
