Who would’ve thought MPAs were the way to go for biodiversity AND fisheries?

Well we do. And that’s why we need to change the situation in Iceland. MPAs currently cover 0.07% of Iceland’s EEZ.

We are on a mission to get this number up to AT LEAST 30% 🌊🌍🇮🇸

Can’t believe it’s been a year since I graduated with a masters degree in conservation science from the University of Queensland 🇦🇺! This was truly an amazing experience. Maybe I’ll share some photos from my adventures in sunny Australia during the darkest time of winter here in Iceland 🇮🇸
