My problem w/ TX code § 1.0041(c) is not that the version of the 10 Commandments they insist on being posted is not the version found in Exodus, Deuteuronomy. It is not the Jewish, Protestant or Catholic interpretation. The problem is that it is not 10 commandments. The law lists 12 commandments.

The Princeton Gerrymander Report (gerrymander.princeton.edu/redistrictin...) rated Virginia as one of only a minority of states which removed most bias from redistricting. Don't throw that away just because Texas, North Carolina and Missouri Republicans don't believe in democratic republic?

They are still counting votes and a dozen races have not been called, but Democrats might have picked up 12 seats in the Virginia House of Delegates, changing a 51-49 Democratic majority to a 63-37 Democratic majority.

This is disenfranchisement! The poll books didn't include the names of unaffiliated & 3rd-party voters, just (D) & (R). Unaffiliated (& 3rd parties) registered voters are forced to vote by provisional ballots which must be verified before being counted.
