Two studies: One, very local, counts the bikes and cars on Bloor Street in Toronto and finds there are more bikes than cars. The other, very international, finds that bike lanes improve health, reduce pollution and fight climate change. Why would anyone would rip them out?

Just kept a scammer on the phone for 25 mins who was using legit energy incentive programs to scam me. I despise scammers 1) taking advantage of vulnerable people and 2) using energy rebates meant to reduce climate impacts to do so. Anyone else have this experience?
