Together with NaSIA & the GES we trained headteachers & proprietors in KEEA & Shama. The coaching & leadership sessions explored the GROW model: goal setting, reflection, and action, to boost coaching & play-based learning. Schools are already seeing stronger leadership & more dynamic classrooms. 🌱✨

In Sabre-supported kindergarten classrooms, numeracy is explored through play not worksheets.
Children engage in hands-on activities like building towers, sorting by size & colour, & experimenting with water to learn about volume.
It works: 75% of Sabre-learners met targets vs. 27% in other schools.

They tackled urgent barriers: furniture, parenting, teaching resources & training and built an action plan for change🌱

💡Deputy Regional Education Director(Greater Accra) Mr. John Ranson Kumawor visited Sabre-supported KG schools in LaNMMA to observe play-based learning in action. He praised the approach & called for scaling. Monitoring visits are planned to assess sustainability & impact.
