Hi Guys, just a quick update. I’ve not been on for a few days as I have streaming flu. 🤧 just trying to kick it at the moment. Sadly, I’ve got a chest infection and now on antibiotics.

Swim was a bit of a struggle this morning the lane was very busy, plus my left shoulder was hurting me. So I only did 50 lengths. 1,250m hopefully I’ll do better tomorrow. In the meantime, I hope you all have a fabulous Saturday and of course you know I would love to hug you all naked. 🫢🤗💋
