So I decided 2 things. #1, I bought a concert ticket to see Melissa Etheridge in Orlando on January 22rd. #2, I decided that I didn't want to SAY I was happy to be there, I wanted to FEEL happy to be there.

I month on my medicine. I honestly FEEL excited about seeing the concert tomorrow!

1 month ago, I realized that my depression was not something I could logic my way out of. I couldn't get over it. I SAID I was fine or felt happy but actually I felt fear and anxiety and sadness.

I was not a good partner, a good daughter, a good mother or a friend. 1 of 2

Thos is how the spoiled cat and spoiled dog are weathering the Florida Panhandle's winter storm calamity. Even my two pigeons are inside.

Cold enough in Panama City to freeze standing water and cancel school Tuesday and Wednesday.

#spoiledwife husband has figured out I don't eat eggs on breakfast sandwiches. Double ham and double cheese!

Not too cold yet in the Florida Panhandle but I have learned that our pale skies often mean cold weather is on the way. The tree is our guardian tree. On our street corner, it has survived tornadoes and Hurricane Michael.

Happy Sunday! It's cold in North Florida but I'm thankful we aren't under snow or on fire!

I have many memories and pictures still on FB but feel the platform is no longer for me. A friend mentioned this platform and I think I like it better. Including a picture of my dog for funsies.
