Seconded!!! I only ever buy my binders from these guys and I can say they have really good service, a good range of binders/tape and its way cheaper from importing from the US!!
If you're in Australia I highly recommend giving Sock Drawer Heroes a look for gender gear. This year (last year??) they launched their own binders (before they only sold the Big Brands). Very active in the community and have being doing a ton of pop-up shops in NSW

Counterpoint: it's fine actually. It provides a bit of interactivity to break up dialogue/quest text to keep the player engaged rather than just reading/listening passively.
Also no way I'm losing my WoL's dialogue options. Sometimes they're incredible.
