So, this is alarming, not because "the military is using chatgpt" but because it's an example of high level decision-makers leaning on AI to help make decisions. People who struggle to understand how AI could ever dominate humanity need to pay attention to this.

"Attention is the new currency" is an idea I've heard before, but never fully internalized. I think it's time to internalize it.

I really hope the design of this game encourages frequently getting your character killed. The death mechanic in most games feels more like "oh you suck that bad? Ok I guess here's a way to keep going". But reinforcing in HD2 is an epic and fun event so I'd want to see that in the board game.
